It’s official – to find Malaysia’s most attractive employer, you need look no further than Petronas.

For the second time, the national oil and gas company has taken the number one ranking as the country’s top company at which to work, according to research by human resources solutions agency Randstad.

“People are the heart of our business,” said Petronas group human resource management senior vice president Raiha Azni Abd Rahman.

“As an organisation, we truly value our employees and are committed to deliver positive experiences throughout the employment journey as a means to attract, motivate and retain our employees.”

Shell Malaysia took the number two spot, while trading and logistics giant Sime Darby was in ninth place. Nestle, AirAsia, Samsung, Intel, IBM, Huawei and Sony were also in the top 10.
